For the past decade, I have worked with organizations to solve problems through technology, direct service, and advocacy. In each of my roles, I have focused on listening to the challenges and desires of partners, clients, and members. Through active listening and innate curiosity, I have quickly made myself a subject matter expert in fields including employee benefits, early childhood education, and financial wellness. I am now particularly interested in working with organizations engaged in creating systems change through research and policy efforts.

For the past few years, I have worked as a consultant with national nonprofit Commonwealth and project-managed implementations of employer-sponsored emergency savings programs piloting research-backed innovations to increase employee participation and impact. I have led impact evaluations and created case studies and impact briefs to inform policy efforts.

SaverLife

2018-2020

SaverLife is a national nonprofit with a mission to support Americans earning low-to-moderate incomes through a technology solution that helps members build emergency savings. I was brought on to grow the mission through partnerships with financial institutions, employers, community-based organizations, and government agencies. I led the go-to-market strategy and implementation of a B2B2C solution to bring the SaverLife platform to scale.

At early childhood education nonprofit Tandem, I managed all programming and team supervision for Alameda County. I hired, managed, and coached a team of program specialists and served as the primary relationship manager with partner agencies throughout the community.

At Fitbit, I was the second employee to join what later became Fitbit Health Solutions, the B2B2C branch of the business, and through a variety of positions played an integral role in shaping the employer and provider wellness offering. I developed and grew the customer success team, putting process in place and maintaining high customer satisfaction with enterprise employer and healthcare partners.
